Nashik - Press Shop & Assembly Plant
This plant is probably the largest cargo manufacturing plant in the country today where roll formed panels, pressed parts and sub-assemblies are all under one roof. The plant’s product portfolio consists of floors, front doors, back doors, fenders and load body cargo production, including the complete suite of CAD/CAM/CAE software tools, and machining setup like CNC, VMC and plano milling. The semi-automated process boosts the production process in the Light and Heavy Press Shop.
Nashik - Die Design & Manufacturing
This plant consists of an in-house tool & die design and manufacturing setup. Our in-house facilities include CAD, CAM, CAE, Catia, Pro-E and Auto CAD software tools. We are fully capable of supporting accelerated product development through engineering analysis. stamping with skin panel. There is also a try-our press setup and the capability of developing Automated/Semi Automated jigs & fixtures to support assembly line.
Nashik - Forging Unit
We also have a vertically integrated forging unit which is also located in Ambad MIDC, Nashik. The unit includes fleshless forging, CNC billet Cutting, in-house normalizing, short blasting, electric billet heating, complete inspection & testing facilities with a capacity of up to 7kg parts.
Chakan - Assembly plant at MVML vendor park
Redefining innovation since 2005 is our state-of-art Mahindra Vehicle Manufacturers Ltd. Supplier Park Plant. It consists of an assembly and weld shop that supplies load bodies, sheet metal chassis and Body-in-White parts solely to Mahindra Vehicle Manufacturing Ltd. We have been awarded with quality certification from TATA WCSQ with a score of 88% and Mahindra MSES – B66. We have dedicated SPMs at critical stages to ensure world class quality products for our customers.
Chakan - CED Coating Facility
Cathode Electro Deposition[CED] is known world-wide to be the most advanced and environment friendly Water Based coating to be done on sheet metal components. Mungi Group commenced operations of its state of art CED coating facility on the 1st of March 2019. This facility has the capacity of coating 100 bodies per day. It is adjacent to the pressing and assembly shop, making it an E2ES for customers.
Chakan - Press Shop & Assembly Plant
The Press Shop, spread over an area of 5 acres, is one of the most technologically advanced production plants in India. Apart from the conventional press line with 1500T Header Press and robotic weld lines the plants also have SPMs and low cost automation designed and developed by us in-house. We have begun exporting our material to Shmitz Cargobull, Germany from this plant. The plant has also been certified by VW with VDA6.3 Guideline. We are improving our technologies with roll forming set up for load bodies with integrated online spotting/punching/cutting facility.
Chakan - Assembly Plant
It is a newly established state of art facility where we have a pressing and assembly unit. We manufacture door sash for Tata Motors here, along with some other stampings. Door Sash is the most essential sheet metal part that goes into assembling a car. It requires top-notch sheet metal roll forming, stretch bending, welding and highly skilled metal finishing under close tolerance.
Zaheerabad - Press Shop & Assembly Shop
The plant consists of shop floor covering a massive area of 2 Lakh sq. ft. The plant has a press shop, assembly weld lines and a tool room setting for tool and fixture maintenance. We also manufacture 3-wheeler body in white, critical welded assemblies and press parts. We have successfully set up a state of the art manufacturing line for assembling Rotovators for Mahindra AppliTrac. We have also developed a Tractor Trolley completely in-house which can be manufactured here.
